Delivery Promise

Our aim is to deliver your purchases to you within 2-3 working days (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays). However, there will be items that we need to source from our stores and these are shown with delivery times of 10-14 days.  Also, please allow slightly longer for the busier periods at Christmas and during the sales.

If for any reason we can't do this we'll get in touch to let you know what is happening and why. If there is a problem with the availability of your chosen goods our customer services staff will let you know the likely delivery date. (You also have the option of alternative products or a refund). Please allow additional time (up to 15 working days) for the delivery of special order items.

The parcel will not be left without a signature. Please provide us with a delivery address where the parcel can be signed for between the hours of 9:00am and 5:30pm. we are happy to arrange delivery to your place of work if this is convenient.

If you are out when our couriers call they will leave a card and you can phone to arrange a convenient time for redelivery. Our Courier will make 3 attempts to deliver. After the 3rd attempt goods will be shipped back to ourselves.

I need my parcel redirecting but am unable to do this via the courier.

We would advise that you contact the Mail Order Department on 02476 466461/2, please have your consignment number to hand and the alternative delivery address.

What happens to my parcel if I'm out while it's delivered?

If you are out when our couriers call they will leave a card and you can phone to arrange a convenient time for redelivery. Our Courier will make 3 attempts to deliver. After the 3rd attempt goods will be shipped back to ourselves.

The parcel will not be left without a signature. Please provide us with a delivery address where the parcel can be signed for between the hours of 9:00am and 5:30pm. we are happy to arrange delivery to your place of work if this is convenient.
